WHO, ME?

If I had a role for every time someone said "You light up when you talk about it [acting]" then I'd be in everything.
My memory of the MOMENT I DECIDED ACTING was what I needed to do was when my Mum explained to me what acting was. I had asked her "How does Edward Scissorhands go to the toilet?" and she realised I didn't understand, so she explained it to me and I thought "That is amazing. I could be Edward Scissorhands one day." Ah, aspirations. But if you asked my friends growing up if I'd ever mentioned it, the answer would probably be no. Even as a child I had kids telling me 'that would never happen'. I heard it so much, I decided I wouldn't talk about it anymore. It was just within me; a burning desire; a fiery passion. The problem with that? It kills you from the inside, not doing what you're passionate about.
So I don't hide it anymore. It's very obvious, and I'm very loud about it.
So WATCH THIS SPACE... I'm coming to a cinema near you, soon.
